The Consumer Credit Trade Association (CCTA) is one of the longest serving credit trade associations in the UK. They have been established for over 100 years. The CCTA are fully accredited members of the ATA Trade Association.

As members we adhere to the reputable CCTA Code Of Practice which demonstrates our credibility and reliability to clients. The purpose of the CCTA Code of Practice is to ensure compliance by members is met.

All members of CCTA are bound by the terms of the Code of Practice established by CCTA and members are trained on the following areas:

  • Complant Handling and the FOS
  • Treating Your Customers Fairly
