Insolvency Practitioners Associations (IPA)

IPA - Insolvency Practitioners Association

The Insolvency Practioners Association (IPA) is a membership body recognised for the purposes of authorising (licensing) insolvency Practioners under the insolvency Act 1986.

Gregory Mullarkey is an Insolvency Practioner for our inhouse insolvency practice Debt Free Helpline. DFH are genuinely interested in making sure that people seeking help for debt problems are given accurate advice from the outset.

IPA has been set up to promote and maintain standards of performance and professional conduct amongst those engaged in insolvency practice. They also look to encourage wider knowledge and understanding of insolvency within and outside the insolvency profession through access to their examinations, qualifications and membership and through exposure and discussion of insolvency issues which affect the profession and the general public.
