Debt Help & Advice

In today’s financial climate the amount of people seeking debt help has escalated. Our best advice would be not to panic about your debt problems as there are solutions to help but also not to ignore them as they will not go away.

In the past many people struggled on trying to sort out their problems by applying to get more credit – however as a result of the recent credit crunch Banks and lenders are now much more aggressively focused on collecting in their debts, rather than lending, which has had a huge effect on those in debt.

The following steps will help you deal with your debt problems:

  • Make a list of your debts
  • Work out your budget (Income and Expenditure)
  • Sort out your priority debts (Such as mortgage or rent)
  • Sort out your non-priority debts. (Such as store cards, credit cards, money borrowed from friends / family, unsecured loans)
