“Extremely pleased with all the help and support i had from dfh. I wouldn’t of been able to clear my debt without them. 3 years later i am debt free and very happy.”

“I am so very pleased with the service I received from DFH. Outstanding! My debts are all now resolved thanks to the help and advice from your excellent staff.

Many years ago I was ripped off by a debt management company who never
contacted me, never sorted out my debts and left me in the lurch when I lost my job. Having this bad history with a company made me wary of using another one more recently.

But with my circumstances requiring the need I signed up with DFH. With just a small monthly fee they actually did what they promised. All creditors were contacted, paid etc, all nasty letters etc stopped; and even interest was frozen. Monthly payments were in my control and if I couldn’t afford or needed to change the amount at any time they were very accommodating. DFH sent me a monthly statement telling me how much was paid to my creditors.

I had a personal contact/account manager, they were always helpful and full of good advice when needed. When I wanted to pay off all my debts in one go I was passed to a new manager and her assistant, between them the transfer went without a hitch. I am now debt free, very happy, had no stress and am able to get on with my life.

Thank you to everyone at DFH, especially my own account contacts who were so helpful and friendly.”

“I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your staff. I am glad that I spoke to you and had the courage to open up to you. You have taken a great burden off my shoulders, and above all given me the peace of mind that I needed.”

“Just a little note to say a huge thank you for all of your help. The situation I was in really takes its toll, and you want the ground to swallow you up, so to have someone as understanding, sympathetic & helpful as you really take the pressure off!”

“I am so relieved that you decided to help me as I didn’tknow what to do with all of my mounting debts. As I mentioned on the phone, I have had the worst 5 months of my life. Not only was I stressed about my debts, I had a big bust up with my Husband which left my Daughter & I homeless. Fortunately we have secured a place to live now and coupled with the help you gave me there is now a light burning bright at the end of that tunnel! I thank you from the bottom of my heart ”

“I just wanted to say a really big thank you for all of your help and support. Special thanks to Louise for being so patient with me & explaining everything to me. I hope your boss sees this and gives you a pat on the back! Thanks again.”

“I would like to thank you for the help you gave us over the years and if I ever require similar assistance I will certainly ask you to help me.

“Thank you to you and your team for all your help and guidance in my debt matters. Without your help I would not know where I would have been now. I only know that I owe you and your team a great big debt of gratitude and a big thank you for everything that you have helped me with and advised me on.

You just don’t realise what your help means to people like me who by circumstances and bad judgement have found themselves in a hole they just don’t seem to be able to dig themselves out of.

With your professional help and guidance find themselves heading in the right direction and having some conformity in their life and the ease of knowing someone is there to help.”

“Thank you so much for all your help. It will make my life easier to cope with, knowing I can pay my debt and have money spare to pay for food, travel and bills. Thank You.”

“I am writing to say how grateful I am to you and your staff for helping me through this most difficult situation regarding my finances. To make this decision was not easy but I felt it would, in the long term, be of benefit to me. Thank you again for your continued support and understanding.”

“On behalf of my husband and myself, we would like to thank you for all the help you have given us in these financial difficulties we found ourselves in, as you have taken the pressure off us in dealing with the threatening letters and phone calls we were receiving. The advice that has been given by your offices has always been excellent and immediate.

Hopefully our situation will shortly change and we look forward to receiving advice on the best way to settle with the creditors.

Once again, Many Thanks”
